1996 ford exploer 4x4
 

I have been working on a 96 explorer...It will start sometimes and run great..then you go to start it and nothing.........just turns over and over then you can smell gas really bad. You can leave it set for a day or two sometimes longer and it will start.....I changed the coil pack...........new plugs and wires........could it be the fuel pump or the regulator........I really am stumped on this one.......... :x

Are all grounds good?

I have a 96 X too, but haven't heard of anything like that. Go over to www.explorerforum.com and register. Post your problem, they've been lotsa help to me! :D
