He was a great reporter and a generous man. He was a great Canadian as well. He will be missed.

I watch Fox most of the time, so I guess I can't miss him to much. Overall he wasn't a a bad guy.

Right. In April he was diagnosed.

He didn't announce it until August 5th, though.

Actually he announced it April 5th...people were wondering why he was not covering the death of the Pope.
