no thats how I talk....ok ok...so I admit I almost always failed english but I still graduated early so english must not matter much
as for back on topic, I cant list anything that hasnt been said in one of topics without google aid or search aid rather dont need google no offense or anything but I tend to not remember anything unless I use the information or its just to stupid to forget so if I was taught more then where canada was on a map its long gone by now...

Come on...you folks gotta know more then this.

Some economic hints

Nortel
Bre-X
Corel

The above have been seen such tremendous highs and such terrible lows...anyone heard of em?

How bout the softwood lumber dispute been the US and Canada? Sale of Fresh water? Toronto'* solid waste being sent to Michigan? The MAD cow scare in Alberta that closed Canadian beef to the US markets forcing $3 billion dollars in lost revenue (anyone know the real story?), The Blackout of 2003? Major Harry Schmidt (US Air Force) and what happened there? the Holly Jones case? <---ok now delving into social issues...

You are all to smart to let this thread die now!

I work with a company that Nortel buys parts from, and I flew out to Nortel once to help sort out a problem. The airport customs held me for 3 hours, because I mistakenly told them I was there to work, when I meant to say I was there to help a customer (Nortel) with a problem. They thought I was illegally wanting to work in Canada. I didn't have a passport at the time, and only had a copy of my birth certificate. Anyway, it was a successful trip in the end.

I can install Nortel PBX'* from the Option 11 up to the Option 81. I will be in Salt Lake City, UT this weekend replacing a Nortel Option 81 with an Avaya S8700. Sorry Jim, that we are replacing the Nortel, but the Avaya has a better ACD application.

Desolate land in Canada try this fact. In the Yukon there is one person for each 15.41 km2. Better than 3/4 of the population lives in Whitehorse. Lots of lonely out in the boonies of the Yukon. However the scenery is majestic.

You guys have awesome fishing and hunting up there. Good beer. I think Canada tried to steal the little tip on Minnesota away from us.

Nortel is a Canadian manufacture of phone systems ranging from offices systems for under 5 employees all the way up to central office class, 10,000 number, phone systems. The company was riding high with stock prices around $110 a share and got caught up in the DOT COM implosion and the shares fell to less that $3 a share. You may know the company as Northern Telecom.
