I work with a company that Nortel buys parts from, and I flew out to Nortel once to help sort out a problem. The airport customs held me for 3 hours, because I mistakenly told them I was there to work, when I meant to say I was there to help a customer (Nortel) with a problem. They thought I was illegally wanting to work in Canada. I didn't have a passport at the time, and only had a copy of my birth certificate. Anyway, it was a successful trip in the end.
I can install Nortel PBX'* from the Option 11 up to the Option 81. I will be in Salt Lake City, UT this weekend replacing a Nortel Option 81 with an Avaya S8700. Sorry Jim, that we are replacing the Nortel, but the Avaya has a better ACD application.
Desolate land in Canada try this fact. In the Yukon there is one person for each 15.41 km2. Better than 3/4 of the population lives in Whitehorse. Lots of lonely out in the boonies of the Yukon. However the scenery is majestic.
