Lol The way it was explained in the menu was, the eggs were served OVER red potatoes, peppers, onions and sausage. The waitress even asked me how I want my eggs, to which I replied "Over Easy" She even wrote it down

So I dont know who fudged up her or the cook. All I know is I didnt get what I ordered three times in a row, so yeah I kinda got pissed.
