Well, ladies and gentlemen, it is currently sunny and 57 here in rural Malta, Illinois...and I am off to DeKalb to get more car stuff, and then i'm going to give the BB her first bath outside this year 
She really needs it, after the spring puddlehopping I did a few days ago 
She'* covered in gravel dust 
Oh happy days!!!
And look...is that...could it be...it IS!!! A ROBIN!!!
What'* everyone else doing, assuming their day is as beautiful as ours?

It was warmer yesterday. Katie and I drove all the way to the Portland Airport to pick Pooky up with the sunroof wide open. It was pushing the mid 70'*. Today is a bit cooler. The wind is keeping it at 60°F.
Kim just got back from cheerleading nationals in Southern CA......her experience was FUN, absolutely terrifying, hundreds of spectators, 100 teams.......in her division, they placed 5th. Mostly getting wiped out by much larger groups.
Today, we're going swimming (indoor pool), then on Thursday, we're going to OMSI. Oregon Museum of Science and Industry. I was hoping the IMAX theater there would have the new Nascar 3D movie showing, but not yet :(
I took spring break off with the girlies

It isn't that nice here, sorry to say but my boyfriend and I are going to install my new carberator tomorrow! Yay! Maybe I'll even be able to drive it tomorrow! Then I can wash it and vacumm it and put air in the tires.... Even if the weather isn't that nice it should still be a good day.
