Think of the gaming potential though...no longer would you have to memorize every key'* function for each game you play...you can just assign a new icon for each function, and there it is, brightly lit and clearly displaying the weapon you need.

Also, imagine how handy it would be for CAD and Pshop. You could use is a common function menu with a shift function to toggle through multiple tool-boxes.
If this proves popular, I could see the price coming down to the point where it could be incorporated into mid-line PCs and lappies...

Yeah, that'd be the best case scenario, but reading reviews it seems that the keys are way too heavy for gaming use... But for CAD and PS, probably the best keyboard you could get...

I'm just thinking of the technology itself, not necessarily this particular product.
The next generation of product will inevitably address shortcomings and flaws, and improve on the original.

That is the coolest keyboard.
I wouldn't buy it unless I was wicked rich and had money to blow.

From what I read @ Engadget this morning, it'll wear out even season typers quickly. Bigger the key is, the harder it is to push down, so tab is harder than a std key, enter harder than tab, space is harder than all...

Amazing idea, but it needs to be perfect IMO.
