Sup all,
I just bought a '93 SSEi as my daily driver replacement. I wanted either a GTP or SSEi, but when I test drove both, I liked the SSEi'* ride, interior and feature list better.
I have a couple of questions (forgive me, I am a F-Body guy and know nothing about this car). 1.) What was the stock quarter mile time on this car? 2.) I just got my own apt., very poor now so Is there a list of "FREE" mod'* I can do? 3.) What inexpensive mod'* give the best results? 4.) What pulley mod'* would you guys suggest?
Also the Stereo system sounds really NICE almost to nice, but the head unit looks stock. Were the sound systems in the SSEi models amped or upgraded speakers?
Thanks!!!!!!!!!

Welcome to the club Tj,
1) 15'* to low 16'*
2) Take a look in tech info for a run down on first mods to make.
3) Thermostat (180*), cold air intake, exhaust
4) the pulley swap is the most bang for your buck but keep it real...3.4" with intake and exhaust work first.
The bose system is a good stock stereo, there have been a lot of complaints about the speakers giving up and many have upgraded from stock.

Dad, he'* a series 1
A 2.2" pulley from www.pulleyboys.com will do you fine, but get or make an intake first.
The stock stereo has an amp for the rear speakers, and a bass amp gain control on the console.
Techinfo is the best place to start, and there'* a lot of intake-related stuff going on in Performance and Brainstorming.
Welcome, Newb!
