Somewhat New Here
I've been a member for a few months now, and just wanted to share some things.
I purchased a 2000 SSEI back in June. It is Maroon w/ Tan interior. It was a choice between the car I bought and a white 2001 SSEI w/ black interior. The reason I bought the one I did was mainly financial. Although the more I look at it, I'm happy with my decision. It'* more of a luxury appearance than sporty, which was something I actually wanted. Cops will harrass me less as well. .
This is my fourth vehicle. I first owned a 1998 Cavalier base coupe. It was green on grey with a 2.2L auto engine. I had it for three years, and decided it was a slow pig. So I upgraded to a 2001 Cavalier Z24. I had a lot of fun with this car. I had the body kit, wheels, hood, spoiler, and all that crap. I even won trophies with it. But the time came when I was sick of driving a hooked up car. Anyone that has ever built a car knows how much of a pain in the a$$ it is. So I sold it and drove around a 93 Nissan 240sx SE Fastback that I purchased off a buddy of mine for $100. Although it was fun beating the bag out of a car like that, it had 217,XXX miles on it, and was ready to die. I wanted a 'big' car this time, since I was pretty sick of being uncomfortable driving compacts around. So I traded the POS in for my Bonnie.
Living in Boston, the roads suck. I'm glad I don't feel 'em in my new car .
I currently work at Best Buy as a mobile installer. But don't ever talk trash because I do , because I will take it personally, and I might have to come beat your a$$`
Anyways, I'm done with my schpeel. If anyone has any technical questions, let me know. I'm more than willing to lend a hand.
