Guys/ ladies,
hey, I have a 93 Bonnie SE looking to know if I have OBD 1 or 1.5. Also, Looking for OBD 1 diagnostic program for the pc. Really counting on someone pointing me in the right direction! please let me know,

Welcome 
You have an OBD1 system.
OBD1.5 was in 94-95 Bonnevilles, and everything 96+ is OBD2 exclusive.

Looking for a obd1 to serial or obd1 to USB cable... anyone getting rid of any? found some online but they want buku bucks. I refuse to consider paying 60 to 80 dollars!
