Default noob here. buying a 92 bonneville

ok, so i'm not a huge fan of early 90'* bonnies. this one is falling into my lap for 600 bucks and all it needs is a brakeline andrear exhaust manifold.

it'* a 92 with the l27. about as base as can be. red interior with split bench front seat. tape deck and base instrument cluster.

just a few questions: anything in particular i should check over before i start driving this thing? does it come standard with 4 wheel disc brakes?

i'll post up pics later in the week when i pick it up. thanks

Drums in the back. What will likely happen, the first time you are low on gas and take a right hand turn, it'll stall. Don't be alarmed. The original strainer on the fuel pump is too small from the factory. You'd have to drop the tank to replace it.

i hate drums. i've never had a car that had drums, so it'll be an adventure if i have to replace them to get the car inspected.

thanks for the info

Hello and welcome....I think you'll be pleased with it, despite the drum brakes!
