Default Newbie from Connecticut.....

Hello everyone, I just picked up a 1997 Pontiac Bonneville SE. The car is very well maintained and is in great running condition, so far I love it, Nelson Febus.

Welcome to BC, Nelson!

That car DOES look to be in great shape...it looks like mine did. Take some time to get familiar with the site then take a good read of article #38 in TECHINFO above. It discusses the failure mode for your UIM and LIM gaskets and the ways to detect and correct the problems for good, before they do harm to your sweet car.

I checked but it'* an SE for sure, no leather. But still a very nice interior. By the way, you have a very nice garage queen. Below is my little girl, she'* been a garage queen for most of the six years I've owned her. She'* an 87 Buick GN, light mods.

Hence the name GNflyby.

Thank you all for the welcome, GREAT SITE!!!
