Thanks for the walcome guys. i already feel at home BTW my solstice is a 5 speed not 6 speed just caught that.

As for your question on the LX9 intake the T/B is that of the caddilac northstar V8 I dont think it is adapted to fit but i'll check tomorrow.. i have a few things to fix on that car now that were getting a break from the cold weather.

I do and i dont really. I love my solstice as a DD its comfy it quick but not to fast and its a Vert.

I love my IMSA because its an extremely rare Fiero Its an IMSA promo car.

I love my 88 because its really fast Puts my friends Imports in there place. (you should have seen the look on my friends faces when they found out the hard way that it was boosted

And the other 84 i bought it because its really clean and i got it for a good price.

The 88 i actuality did not do. I bought it that way but from what i understand it is a pretty easy swap for anyone with just about basic mechanical ability when it comes to cars. The big swaps are when it comes down to northstar motors 3800sc'* LS motors etc.The one which is a cinch is the 3.4 P/R out of a 93-95 camaro or firebird because the block is a direct swap in and the Fiero top end (intake head'* upper plenum) all bolt directly to that motor the only thing you have to do to make it fit is a starter relocation jig which rodney Dickman sells. And that motor is one of the motors which is great to throw a turbo onto. it wont be making the same power as the 3400 GA motor but it will be close. the reason the GA motor is better is it has the aluminum heads and allows better flow through them. If you do an engine swap on a fiero i would suggest anything between 85-88 and a V6 model because the I4 is only setup for a T/B injection and requires a lot of effort to get a fuel injected engine into.

I've seen a few "Cadero" builds. Even one Toronado 350/THM425 swap. Wish I could remember the Forum link. Was a very aggressive build.

If you are really adventurous, You can swap in an '05 Malibu 3500 and build a Megasquirt. I have code that will let you run LS1 coil near plug ignition
The megasquirt also has a 3bar MAP for 21psi boost
