hi im dakota im 16 i have a 1997 bonneville ssei all stock except for the 17 inch rims i love it and i also have an 86 firebird with a 305 and t-5 i do need some help with my bonneville though

Welcome to the Bonneville Forum! Post up some pictures of your car in the "Your Ride" area when you can. That will put you into the monthly Car of the Month contest.

Wastegates are on Turbo'*. Our cars have superchargers (blowers) and thy have whats called a by-pass valve. The itself is located in in the supercharger housing. The actual by-pass solenoid and actuator are located on the front side of the SC near the throttle body.

Can you take a picture of what your want to replace. then we can tell you what it is.
