Hello all, I own a 1992 Bonne SE with 210,000 miles and still ticking like a champ. I have nothing but good things to tell about my bonneville and have done some extensive on have work with it. And Have read many many repair articles about the bonne.

My guess you've got at least one BURNT VALVE! I just finished fixing mine with has 166,000 Km'* on it too. :?

Have you've done a "wet" & "dry" compression check???? That'* the ONLY way to know for sure without taking the heads off!
