Thanks to everyone.I just went to the doc yesterday and I have to be off work another month.F&^%!!!!!!!!!!!!! I still cant drive this shiny car in the garage.I have ditched the pain pills as of sat.I took off my morphine patch yesterday,going through some of the withdrawal symtoms that the doc said that I might feel.He said if I do this cold turkey it would be for a few days then I will be good.Well 1 day down feeling like **** cant sleep but I got to do this.I start out patient theropey on MON. 3x a week for 4 weeks then I go back to the doc and hopefully then I can go back to work and get my life somewhat back to normal.DAVE :( :(

On the police report he stated 35m.p.h..That is b.*.the witnesses said he was flying.My city filed crimanal charges agianst him for excessive speed causing a accident.He said he blew a tire on the accidebnt report then at the 1st court date I was called to see the procecuting attonry and she asked me what types of injuries I had and if I had a estimate on the car I kida laugphed and flashed her a pic of the car and said I think its totaled.After I said this, the guy next to her was his attoney and he says that his steering went out.I went on to say WHAT ABOUT THE BRAKES.................DID THEY GO OUT TO.........Well i go back to court next week.Thanks DAVE

Yeah,I get to drive my new car tomorrow.Went to the doctor today and since I got off that d^%$ morphine patch he gave me the ok to drive.woo hoo.Going to go say hi to everyone at my work.I got the x-rays today,there is 16 or 17 screws and two plates.One is the whole length of the colarbone the other is about 3 inches on my shoulder blade.Lots of hardware.

Heres an update ....I went to court last week and the guy got a 1 point ticket and a $215 dollar fine.Gotta love our judicial system.I had to get my medical records from the hospital for my lawyer I had 4 discs of x-rays and 534 pages of medical records at.25 a sheet.I took my car up north last weekend and put 500 or so miles on it.The 2004 drives SO MUCH BETTER than the 97 ever did.Got the xm hooked up for $6.99 a month gotta like that.Later DAVE

Hi chopper,Nice area up there used to go boating in port huron with my dad.St. clair river is very nice.I was up in St. clair this year for the off shore race .What a great event they put on.We brought our own golf cart and was all over the town....Dave
