New 98 SSEI owner
Hi everyone....I cant wait to get in on all the topics about these great cars... I just bought a 1998 SSEI with 162k on the ticker....MINT with no rust dents or dings... perfect leather all options for the low price of $2,500!
I have never owned a Bonneville before and I have lots of questions to be answered about simple mods

The previous owner just had the trans rebuilt 8k miles ago... it was rebuilt in july of 2006 the total cost was $2,133 for the rebuild... all paper work for the rebuild is in my hands.. thanks for the heads up

Hi Doug... Welcome to the club and being semi local.
If you become obsessed like some around here... let me know..I've got most of the tools/experience on the car that could be needed to get a bit more out of it.

Welcome aboard fellow New Englander....
I spent some time living in NH myself, i actually used to work at PepBoys in Nashua. Make sure you start coming around to some meets, especially the big one in May

my past club was www.contour.org....then my contour got wrecked in a accident and the insurance company cut me a check for$3,600.....so I Began the search for the car I really wanted! all I can say is I feel at home with my SSEI and I am never looking back at my SVT.
