Default New 00 Bonneville Owner

Hey just wanted to introduce myself, I've owned many Pontiac'* but never a Bonneville... I live in Michigan, only "Mods" are some 18"* w/a new set of Goodyear Eagle RS-A'* and Tint.

Anyone have any good Aftermarket sites? i cant seem to find much. Looking for clear corner headlights, tuned PCM, and a nice CAI. that'* about it for now. I only have the SLE so no SC.

Any other recommended Performance parts would be appreciated.

My previous Ride was a 92 Dodge Stealth RT Twin Turbo, So I'll miss the AWD and Boost :(
but I had a Son that is almost 1 now and there'* just no room in a stealth for a kid.

:Welcome
Glad you founds us! Nice mod with the 18'*
as far as the headlights with cleared corners that is not something that you can buy you have to do that yourself.
A good cold air intake is available at 3800 Performance - high performance aftermarket car parts for your Grand Prix, Monte Carlo, Impala, Regal, Bonneville, and V6 F-body!! as well as many other performance mods! a couple of other great sites are INTENSE-Racing.com - G8, Grand Prix, Bonneville, Regal, L67 3800 Supercharged Performance Products. and ZZPerformance (use grand prix to find parts) you can get a pcm tune from any of them however you will need to find someone with a dealer style computer to do a case learn on your new pcm otherwise your car will not run correctly.(and make sure they DO NOT run a complete flash as you will lose all performance changes done to the pcm)
Please let us know if we can help you with anything else, and again welcome to the forum

Hi Ray!

Welcome to the Bonneville Forum!

Please add your year and trim of your vehicle to your signature line. That way when you start asking questions in other areas of the forum, we all have a better idea on how to assist you. Click on "Quick Links" above, go down to "User Control Panel" and then click on "Edit your Signature" It'* pretty straight forward from there.

There is not allot of aftermarket part available for the Bonneville. There are some performance mods and performance parts that can give you more giddy up and go, but that going to depend on the trim on your vehicle.

Thanks for the welcome I updated my Sig, I also just went down and got a drop in K&N filter rather than buying a CAI. I also have a Tech2 at my dispense so programming a PCM is quick and easy.

Ill also check out those sites, thanks alot!

K&N is a great upgrade you may waht to look into gutting your airbox to increase airflow to the motor and use the full face of the filter. here is the link fo you to veiw https://www.gmforum.com/t281865/ i know it'* an older air box but the idea and process are the same did mine in about 30mins
