Ya we should really get some of the newer michigan members together for a small little meet. I think ill go post in the proper area for that tho. But welcome to the club.

Hey again...sorry it'* been so long since I've responded, but I"ve been really busy at work and homelife. Getting married in September--lots to do!
The bowling center I run is actually in Ypsi -- Ypsi-Arbor Lanes, to be exact. I've been there since June. I live in Farmington Hills---yes, I drive that far to work everyday.
Puts lots of miles on "Erin" but that'* why I bought her...I have to be comfortable in the car I drive that much everyday. Almost broke the engagement over it....oops!
Not sure if I mentioned before, but my dad works for Ford...this is the first non-Ford-made product I've owned. I have a 1988 Mustang GT conv, 1996 Mustang GT, 2000 Explorer Sport, and a 1997 Lincoln Mark VIII. The Mark started needing major repairs--with only 35,000 miles--so I let her go for a car I've heard doesn't need a ton of repairs all the time.
Guess that'* about it for now -- it'* beautiful today!

A Michigan mini-meet would be cool. If we did a weekend close to detroit we could get some ohio guys and ontario guys on it also. If anyone is serious about this I suggest starting a meeting thread in the reginonal meets section.

Hi,
I drive a 97 Bonneville Se and it is a piece of ****. Yea it is pretty fast but its an old persons car. All you kids on this site are just Fucked up for even thinking that Bonnevilles are anything worth talking about. They have a terrible sound system, the trans is so unbelivably weak. Yea i do drive one right now, AS A BEATER, since i dont drive my MX-3 around too much (300hp). Just to add to all this, they are EXTREMLY UGLY.
Get a real car, imports is where its at.

And yes, it'* pretty fast, but not as fast as Todd'*. Funny how much trouble you had with your 97. A maintenance manual would have been nice so you wouldn't get suckered by your dealer/mechanic like you did. I believe we made this suggestion several times.Oh....btw.....I'll pit my SSEi against your Mazda any day. Road course or track
