Default Love the site great organization!

I live near Decatur Illinois and I drive a 2000 SE it is dark green and is nearing 140,000 miles and still runs like a champ. My wife said lets see how long we can keep it running..so i am! I drive around 100 miles a day to work and i am wondering how long it'll go....it is my third bonne I had a 88 that I drove when I was 18 then a 92 when I was 24..I have had this since late 2001 it had 32,000 on it when I got it so the way I look at it I already have had my money'* worth.....
looking forward to meeting you all!!

Shane

Welcome to the club!

With only 140,000 miles, you have lots of life left in her. It'* not uncommon for folks to get 300,000 miles out of the engines in a Bonneville. The trans? Different story.

Stick around here and we'll help you squeeze every last mile out of her.

Hey, a fellow Decaturian... welcome!

I drove an 88 LE back in High School too, then a 95 SSE in college. I'm on my third Bonnie as well.
