You got a great car anyway. The Ei is faster off the line. And the GXP cant overtake it in the 1/4 mile.

Are you serious? Wow...glad I got this one then. Sad thing is though I gave up an 06 Monte SS to get it. Oh well, saving $250 a month in car payments is worth it I guess.

That monte does look nice, but your Ei is way way better. The color is hot, and the body style is just sexy. It'* a fast car stock, and can be made way faster if you wish.

For a few hundred bucks you can give it a nice kick. Change the air intake, performance tuned PCM, 3.5" pulley on the supercharger, shift kit. After that the price goes up. Headers, rockers or cam, porting and polishing, intercooler. With a bit of work, you can get that car in to the 13s.

You don't have to spend alot at a time. A few of the right mods go along way with these cars. Just don't do any hard launches with the seat heaters on, you might burn your butt!!

Seat heaters? I probably won't be using those until January. The lows right now are still in the mid-70s.

Ya Mouse, the GXP has a torque curve quite different than the Ei. And a much bigger tranny to push. It'* more of a highway machine. From a rolling 20MPH, its a different story. Top speed is 150 ish with it wanting the governor to shut up.
