Ya its been a while, and a lot has happened since my last post. I got my Flowmaster 80-series put on, and I re-did my whole sound system- head unit, speakers, amp, subs etc.(Both Sound awesome!!!)
On the bad side my tranny went out right around 75k, luckily my parents paid for a new one, because I was going to sell the car. More bad, the paint on my roof is coming off, FAST, and I have to get a new oil pan because some dip at NTB round out the head of the plug and dented the pan trying to get it out
.
But anyways, I'm back and hopefully staying for a while... cuz the tranny has been acting up again lately. GOOD TO BE BACK!!!

If you do decide to go Alpine with a new system, stay away from the type e subs. I have a system in my truck and a system in my (now sold) mustang. The truck has a smaller v-power running a single type E 10". The mustang had a larger V-power running2 10"'*. I set the gains and everything per spec, and after 6 months, I had 3 blown subs on my hands, and no warranty because alpine said it was abuse. You can see where the cone separated from the plunger. So much for quality control...
