Default Hi everyone

Hi Everyone, just purchased a silver 2000 Bonneville SE today, real nice car. My dad has a 93 SSEi w/ 200k miles (original drivetrain, no major work on anything) and my uncle has 3 Bonnevilles with a combined 1.2 million miles on them. Obviously, these are some durable, reliable, and IMO good looking cars.

I got this car because my 97 Grand Prix GTP hated me, gave me all kinds of little continual problems...I'm coming over from ClubGP after a year and half on there. I have a pretty good grasp of the L67 (singlehandedly rebuilding one of them doesn't hurt) and I can't imagine the L36 is that much different, aside from induction.

With this car, I'm probably going to do clears, HID, and tint, but I don't really want to mod the engine much...probably intake and maybe chip for the near future...finally have a reliable daily driver and don't want to destroy it. All my other mods will probably be inside, get a nice stereo. BTW, anyone heard of adding a HUD to an SE? I know I'm going to miss that and my heated seat alot, and I'm wanting to replace those ASAP.

That said, just wanted to say Hi and introduce myself to the boards.

Heh...sounds like a project and writeup then. I'll get some pics up before long...but basically it'* bone stock right now.

Heated seat is the big one, that'* easy enough to do though...going to go to one of the tech forums and find some stuff out...i'm going to miss my M90, but maybe I can steal my PEMs and wrapped X-over before I get rid of my GTP.
