Hi all. My name is Ron, live in Southern Maine. My wife has a 2000 SSei, about 120k on it. She/we love the car, when I get to drive it.... Which is usually to put gas in it.... lol We bought it new in Nov. of 2000 and have loved every thing about it. Nothing for upgrades really. K&N filter, about it. She'* been crunched up once in a snow storm, went over a hill, let off the gas, and the back end came around. Stability control didn't do much in that situation. With that said, only thing she absolutely hates about the car is driving it in the snow, it is horrible. We have had other cars that would walk all over this in snow. She loves the car so much, she puts up with it. 4 snow tires do help a bit. Also have replaced the front wheel bearing/hub assemblies, one of the them twice, the other once. Will not use Napa units again.... Got about a year out of it. This was around 90K miles. She loves the style, HUD, heated seats, sunroof, everything. Been a wonderful car. And power, she will get up and go! Fastest I've had it is 117, felt like we were barely moving when I brought it back down to 70mph. LOL
