Well I took it into the shop today and they said that the upper intake manifold looks fine. They didn't seem too concerned about it and said that many cars these days use plastic manifolds.

Hey thanks, I've seen your car in the a few pic threads and it looks very nice too. I want to get mine as shiney looking as yours, but first I need to get some chipped areas touched up somewhere....
