Default Hey, new guy from NY

Just bought a 92? bonneville ssei yesterday. What an awesome car! cd player sunroof supercharger....much nicer than my truck (dakota sport) almost makes we feel bad about what im gonna do with it; Im gonna gut the interior of eveything but the driver seat, smash out all the windows, move the gas tank to the trunk, put in a roll cage, rip off the bumper covers, reinforce the bumpers, and screw the bumper covers back on, saw off the muffler, then pretty much reinforce whatever I can and spray paint my number 63 on the sides and enduro race it. For anyone who doesnt know an enduro is its open to any 4 or 6 cylinder car and its pretty much a 200 lap demolition derby on a 1/4 mile circle dirt track.

Dude, I could take you around Columbus and find you five SSEi'* that are already halfway to your goal of total stripped out...and all of them run fine.
There'* plenty of good-running beaters out there, don't ruin a good car!

I can tell you right now you can sell those seats and the CD player for mucho $$$... Those are well sought after items in the Bonneville world...

I spoke too soon.

That rot looks pretty bad. I can only imagine what the subframe mount areas look like. :(
