Default Hey love this site

Hi Will from Chicago. Well I had a very bad leak on my 1992 bonny with 160,000 miles. Well I came to the forum trying to find the best solution. Turns out the rust wore down the rubber fuel hose due to vibration. So I searched the forum here and found out how to cut out the piece and replace it using high pressure hoses and clamps.

Cost me 15 bucks and one hour of my time. Of course a car of such age still could use more work but she runs even better now it seems. I love this forum.

BTW I could not give proper thanks to the post because I had read so many articles hear on the subject. So thanks to all great helpful posters.

Oh and its true what they say about the 3800 engines they will run forever.

Hi Will!

Welcome to the Bonneville Forum!

Please add your year and trim of your vehicle to your signature line. That way when you start asking questions in other areas of the forum, we all have a better idea on how to assist you. Click on "Quick Links" above, go down to "User Control Panel" and then click on "Edit your Signature" It'* pretty straight forward from there.

We can help you keep that Bonnie on the road for a very long time! Post up some pictures of her in the Your Ride area!

Welcome to the party. Glad you could fix your car. Doesn't it feel good to do you own work I'm sure your wallet does.
