The engine is in good shape except, as noted, for the spark plug wires. I need to fix up the brakes, and then the car will be safe to drive. Then, I'll need to repair my supercharger coupler to get all the necessary boost out of it. How much luck do you think I would have looking for a 3" pulley in the Wanted section?

Well, you wouldn't want a 3" pulley, since the stock one is 2.85". You would want to start with a 2.55 or 2.5" and that needs to be discussed in the Forced Induction section.

Wow, I didn't know the stock was so small. Isn't it bigger in some Bonnevilles - at least the newer ones?
