Default hey,

I' haven't been here in a while. So anyway I have a 2004 impala ss and a 2000 Bonneville ssei. I am planning to move the motor and trans from the Bonneville to the impala. Will I run into any problems?

Compare your trans electrical connectors. They may differ. Your final drive may be different too, best way to check is to take pictures of both of your RPO stickers and post them here.
