this plug, make sure nothing is loose where it plugs into the icm, and there is no corrosion on either side. and no wires are pinched or touching the block

you were saying you just did the coil to icm connection? what ever you did sounds like you made it worse so either the part you did is bad or loose/corroded

Visual is so much easier. My boyfriend was in there and put some dialectic grease in there but I don't know if he inspected i, cleaned it. I will go out there after work and take it apart and check it out.

So after getting everything put back together the second time, when I started the car it was missing really bad so I put the b**** in park and left her sit for a couple weeks. This morning I replaced the spark plug wires with the best ones I could buy locally and she is now purring like a kitten. Check engine light is on, but I don't know why. Goes around corners nice and up hills nice. I think it'* running better than before I started having problems with it.
