Sorry to hear you lost your work.
Ya if there is a longer period of no activity, you can get logged off.
It is best before you hit post to highlight it all, and copy it, (control- c) and then you can re paste it with (control -v) and carry on.
Since this is the welcome section, & you have technical questions, may I recommend that you create a new thread under General Gm Chat.

Did the swap in 1995 in a friends garage.Used a 88 3800 from a lesabre, 1st engine labeled 3800 right on the intake. It was too slow so I put on A turbo from A grand national and an FMU from Kenny Bell.It ran like a scalded dog.In 2000 I started a resto on the car.Found A 1994 pontiac SSEI in the J-yard, and had A new flywheel made because the ssei motor had an 8 bolt flexplate vs the 6 bolt on the original. Then I got side tracted till last year. Everything I have read says I cant get new main bolts 4 the 94 SC motor & the heads suck. I had hoped that I could put series II heads on the series I motor, but the thread I was following hasent posted sence 2007.My main question is can I use my expensive adaptor flywheel from the 94 on a series II or III motor as they are both 8 bolt? Already had this post saved so now I will start a new thread

350? An L67 Series 2, is 250 HP stock. Add a few mods and you are pushing 350hp. All the while consuming less fuel than a carb'd 350.
