Guy I bought the car from didn't have the keypart for it but my dad came up with a few old ones he had a work and one of them was perfect for it (all works even the trunk release)

*silly me I thought the keyring thing was programmable but its the car you program for the key-fob or bob or whatever it'* called. also reading the alldata printout if you have more that one controler it does not have to match the other, the car can be programmed for different transmitters according the printout.

That'* correct. Up to 6 I think? I'd have to check.

But you can also program one fob for two cars. I have a spare set of keys for both cars, with one fob that unlocks both. It'* pretty freaky when they're parked beside each other.

That 4 banger has as much power as my L27, and the turbo'd one has more then the SII L67.. GM has stepped it up for sure on the new ecotec.
