Grimm! How the heck are ya? Glad to see you around and love to see whorage of the Cutlass. As you can see the patients took over the asylum. And we think the ward is a much better place.

Sounds good! From the looks of your sig line, I would say you aren't keeping any ties with that other place. That one has rubbed me the wrong way a few times.
