Default Greetings

New member, I just purchased a gorgeous 02 Black Beauty SSEI with only 55K original miles. I am looking around some to learn some more about these cars. I am falling in love more and more everyday with this car. Only one problem though, I am having a problem with my dual zone climate control, but Ill post that elsewhere.

Hi and welcome. Black Ei'* are nice. Til you get baked in the summer. Luckily a little of the right tint can do wonders for that. When clean... there'* no other color like black.

Welcome to the club

I agree with boosty, black is a great color for a Bonneville

And tinting the windows would be a must for stepping up the cool factor

Well, how fast is a WRX? My old slow 97 does 0-60 in 5 seconds.

Welcome to the BonnevilleForum Madman. I like chilled Black Label on the rocks.

WRX'* Eh? Tough call. Olders ones ya. New ones, not going to happen. They range depending on the year, 220 to 305 HP out of a turbo'ed boxer 2.5 pushing 12 Lbs of boost right out of the box. And weigh nearly a 1000 less pounds. It is easy to push them over 400HP with just an exhaust mod and good tune. All wheel traction with driver controlled torque split really seals the deal. Newer ones with a saavy owner lay out a nice can of whoop azz. Even as an import hater, thats one I'd hit.
