Default Engine issues

Glad to be apart of this forum. Please advise:

I have a 2002 Buick Park Avenue Ultra 3800 Seies 2 V6 Superchared with 180,000 miles. Here is my main issue. My car will start without any issues but while driving, my car will die especially at a stop or going into a turn. It will usually start up immediately but sometimes it can take up to 5-10 to restart. I've replaced fuel pump, mass air flow sensor, crankshaft position sensor, egr valve, wires, plugs, catalytic conv (2 years ago). The idle is erractic and rough at times along with gauges going all over the place. I could not pass inspection with a high hydrocarbon reading.Any advice will be helpful. Thanks!
