Welcome to the Pontiac Bonneville forum. What is it that you need done. We should be able to help you with just about everything. Just ask. Also, feel free to check out the tech info section, you should find the answers to many questions right there.

Don't let the computer scare you. All motor parts are still held on by screws, nuts and bolts, just like your 66. You still have the basic priciples of fuel, compression, spark, explosion. Or the suck squeeze, bang, blow theory.

What you do see different is never worrying if the distributor is 180 or a few teeth off. No worry if the carb is too rich or lean to fire and no worries about choke.

Just ask.. I'm sure once you get some of the same grease on your hands, you'll feel right at home.
