So I just purchased a 1997 Bonneville SE. I just came off owning a 1993 dodge shadow Convertible (RIP). So this is a whole new world for me. I did own a 94 Cutlass * but not long enough to work on it. So arguments sake I'm going from the tuner world with my shadow to the V6 power world. I have always admired Bonnevilles and now I own one it'* awesome. And can't wait to make it a sleeper. Not too much cosmetic but defiantly working the engine. I love beating the ricers and there reaction being "**** I just lost to that" and there are plenty in my area. I hope I can contribute a lot to this forum and I have noticed a lot of you guys know their stuff. So I hope you can handle some of my dumb questions.
And hope I can help with any of yours

I will assume your car is not supercharged. That limits things a bit. But you still have a lot of options. when your ready to start, just say the word. I might know a thing or two.
It'* only a limiting factor if he'* unwilling to stop by my place for 7 or so hours.
Where ya at? We can up the HP overnight.
My garage has been known to have a car drive in na and drive out the next morning sc'd.

Welcome to the Bonneville Forum Nighthwk. Going to school close to Bill'* Bonnevilla is about asgood as it gets wanting to mod your Bonneville. I think you will be surprised at the improvement just the tune will have as a starting point.
Yup...that'* me.
SRT-4'* are quick..let'* toss the SC under the hood so when he turns up the boost you can still put a bit of hurting on him.
One of the guys at my local Advance Auto just picked up and SRT-4... Is is wrong that I call him a ricer?
Said he bought something fast...I asked where it was after looking at his Slow Retard Turtle.
Chit..I hung with an SRT-8 last summer.
That was a great day. Surely he was pissed though.

So what do I need to do. I know SC'* require alot to throw it on there. I'm not scared just the wallet is light haha. but I would love to upgrade the intake exhaust and ignition. Also tune it out. don't have an HD tranny but I've seen that'* easy too upgrade with a different differential and axle. and if it'* not bolt on I don't mind making it bolt on.
What to do all depends on how far you want to go. I'm currently over the edge holding onto the rope with all but one strand broken. One day I'll admit I went too far and then i can keep modding.
