I bought a 1999 GMC Jimmy SLS and the fuel pump was not working. I have traced the problem to a loose wire in this blue thing. It is at the back behind the bumper. There are trailer wires off to the side, so I cannot figure out what this blue thing is.

It'* called a ground buss. Pop the blue thing off and you should see a shorting bar inside. Probably all corroded. Either clean them all up, or cut the connector off and solder all the wires together and then tape it up.

Since it appears I have a grounding issue that makes perfect sense. Thank you so much.
