Transmission whining

Good morning. I have a 2014 Silverado 5.3 V8. Transmission was just replaced. Now the transmission whines when shifting from 3rd to 4th gear. Any ideas? Sounds like a train horn,

Who did the work? Whines ONLY during the shift?

If it was just replaced, take it back for warranty repair.
