Whenever it gets near zero or colder steering stiffen up to two hand turning. I have had it in a few times and last time the replaced the whole steering system/rack/tierods etc. Still stiff as heck! Just had the service manager take it out and compare it to another new Silverado and says he notices nothing. I said maybe we should be comparing it to a Dodge or a Ford instead? It is definitely stiff when its cold, two hand stiff. I had a 2013 before this and a 2010 with no issues. Live in MN so I know what cold can do to your steering!

I have read a few other forums with others with the same issue. Question what is the next step? Do I file a complaint with the NTSB?
