Default Speed/speedometer

I realized this morning, my truck speed stops @98 mph even with the pedal down to the metal. Does anyone have that same problem? If so, how do I fix that issue?

Yup, a lot of them will shift based on your pedal demand as if they are oblivious to the governed speed, but still maintain up to the governed speed.

Professional driver on a closed course yada yada.
