Default P0342 CMP low Voltage

I have a 06 Tahoe just replaces the CMP because it was throwing the code and had rough starts at times. Nothing has changed, I unplugged the connector and 12v is coming through the red wire, the pink and black only has 0.4v the wires all look good. Any info would be appreciated thanks.

It could be wiring between the sensor and the PCM.
