Default No crank LOST COM FSCM 120 Ohms btw can hi and low

I have a 2009 chevy silverado with 130,000 miles on it it'* a 4.8l 4x4
Truck won't crank ecm not sending power to starter fuse. Also seem to be having an issue with serial data accessory wake up. When I turned the key to acc first the check engine light pops up on IP and after a couple seconds the rest of the ip cluster comes to life. I have no gear selector marker light under any of my gears on my cluster.
I ohmed out pin 6 and 14 on my diagnostic port (key off) I get 120ohms, I unplugged x1 connector at pcm and get 20ohms.
I pulled the terminating resistor that is in the harness along the rear frame rail, it reads 120ohms.
The 2 codes I've pulled are

U0109 Lost communication with fuel system control module
P0315 Crankshaft Position System Variation not learned

How many miles have you owned the car?

Was it running well before these things happened?

Has it had any recent repairs?

Has it had any recent trauma?

What region does it live in?

Can look at TSB #08-07-30-021H. Also have replaced a lot of fuel pump control modules in 2009 model'*. Just an area to check that was pretty common. Hope you find this helpful.

I've had the truck a couple years got it at 114,000 miles. I live in Ohio it isn't garage kept and sees the winters but I keep it as clean as j can and i POR 15 painted the frame.

It slowly stared acting up first I must add I just realized the truck started to run poorly after I welded a new exhaust hanger I did unplug the negative battery terminal but that was all I unhooked. Just after that The truck started running very poorly as if in limp mode and also would sometimes have trouble shifting out of second gear it would take high RPMs until it would finally hard shift into the next gear. Around that time I noticed I didn't have a 5v reference signal at a few things the fpcm, the Masensor and the throttle pedal position sensor. And then after driving it for a few weeks, eventually I. Turned it off, checked a few things on hook. * and wiring harnesses etc, my battery ended up dying end up having a bad battery I replaced it only to find that my security light was Stuck on Solid truck would not start when I swapped the bcm out with another one from the same model. That was used the security light went away but still will not crank. And that'* where I'm left at kcool. I don't know how do you. I don't even know.

Where was the welder'* ground clamp during this, and where was the actual welding being done? This might have created an undesirable path through things that were not happy with all of that current.

The replacement BCM needs to be programmed to the VIN of your car to work properly.

Programmed to specific vin? Okay I was under the impression that it just needed to be same year and options

The ground clamp was actually on the rear end of the running board tube.

Check ground paths between body and frame.

So I replaced the bcm with the original I was just testing for different results with a different one.
I also replaced the FSCM fuel system control module and the PCM with Flashmasters preprogrammed modules using my vin number. My original issue went away including the FSCM lost commincation code.
but still no crank and now another set of codes are present I'm just blown away I feel like it'* a wiring issue.
these codes are now permanent but they weren't before. Anyone heard of this happening ? Thanks

P0222 Throttle/Petal Position Sensor/Switch B Circuit Low Input

P0223 Throttle/Petal Position Sensor/Switch B Circuit High Input

P2122 code indicates that the powertrain control network (PCM) has detected an issue with the throttle position sensor (TPS), specifically that the sensor is running too low of a voltage

What is the best method to check them or should I just visually inspect ?

I took ohms readings of my can low and high and a couple others, not sure if this will tell me anything.
