i had a 89 for about 8 yrs, it was a 350 5spd, really the best set up. i wouldnt buy a 94-95 because they started putting alot of the newer sensors and stuff but they arent as easy to just plug in and see whats going on. the autos from back weren't very tough either.

Yea I'm gonna stay away from it, i found a better deal on a 97 f150

i would rather have the worst gm than the best ford. dont think im just hating i have had several every one was a unreliable pos. and i have to drive one at work that is newer and its the same too, leaves me stranded several times, has had 10k+ put into it. etc...

Idk its been about the same with gm's for me but I like the look of the gm and Chevy trucks, I've owned 1 ford and it was an 85 ranger and yea it was the biggest pos I've ever drivin, left me stranded several times

I have a 2007 F-350. Bought it in anger after my one owner K-2500 had all the fuel and brake lines rot out at 100k. Had one sensor go bad covered under warranty, that has been it. The F-350 has been rock solid. Although I am a "GM Guy", my GM vehicles have given me a part time job- keeping them going. On a good GM note, once you figure out the issues, just keep buying the same line of vehicle, and fix it before it breaks.

Spent a summer on our 2000 Bravada after the brake line rotted out at 60k miles. Replaced all the lines, the ball joints, the cv axles, shocks, and about everything else three summers ago. Other than a alternator failure and the LIM gasket, it has been absolutely flawless, great for a full frame AWD vehicle.
