Default Need help

I have a 96' sierra z71 at work I replaced my spare tire back to my original one now when drive at higher speeds around 60mph and taking a corner the truck shakes really bad and when i hit a pretty good size bump driving around 40mph the steering wheel goes back and forth and the truck continues to bounce I know without looking at it you really cant tell but i just want some opinions please. The wheel is tightened down really well but not to tight to cause this problem please help thanks for yalls time.

Did you use a torque wrench on the lugs? They all need to be at 100 foot pounds. Uneven torquing can warp the rotor. You can also try jacking up the wheel and checking for any play, wiggle top/bottom and front/back. If you feel movement, track down where the play is coming from.
