Default LQ4 317 need valve seals/ part numbers

I need help finding new exhaust and intake seals, it seams that these may be somwhat universal but not entirely sure. When I look them up I get different size perhaps the exhaust and intake are different diameters. I’m a diy guy who’* a tight wad. This motor has 230k miles on it so may need new springs as well. I’m not intending on removing these heads off the truck, simply pressuring to 20 psi though spark plug, with valve sealed. Why am I sure the seals are leaking because several valves have tablespoon of oil sitting on them after removing & cleaning the intake. Stock motor and new style pvc valve already fixed. Truck has been sitting up for 2 months when I tore it open.

Does the silver dollar appear in the first day or does it take a few days to accumulate?
