Default Lower oil pressure after plu n play DOD delete

Hello all! Getting right into it with a 2012 yukon slt w/5.3. My oil pressure has ran at 38psi cold and 19psi hot at idle. I had #5 lifter go bad 3 months ago and had all lifters, cam, etc replaced. Motor runs great with 110k miles. Decided to do the plug n play DOD delete to stop the annoying vibration when engaged(aftermarket borla exhaust). My oil pressure now is same at idle but runs at around 21psi when driving and when i take foot off the gas pedal, the psi goes up slightly. Any ideas?

I want to make sure I have this right:
- Before plug n play DOD delete: 38PSI cold 19PSI hot
- After plug n play DOD delete: 38PSI cold 19PSI hot and 21PSI when driving

Is this correct?

What was the PSI when driving before the plug n play DOD delete?

Correct! The only pressure that changed was driving oil psi. Driving psi stayed around 20 psi at 55mph after dod delete. Before delete it would be around 35 psi at 55mph.

Ah, one of those.

As a diagnostic step, unplug it and see if it returns to normal oil pressure.

It goes up to 25psi or so with it unplugged only when driving at constant speed, not at idle.
