Default Just need a lil help to see if I'm right or wrong

Hey everyone
I have a 99 gmc 2500 4x4 with the 6.0 and I keep having a heating problem. One of the hoses had a lil hole so I replaced it and ever since then my truck keeps over heating every 3 days but I now the head gasket on the exhaust side is bad cause of the water coming out my exhaust but no water in oil. But it'* weird replaced that hose themastat and water pump. Radiator is only a year old and it stay about 200 at idle then highway proply 180 but after 3 days or sooner it does a quick over heat then I pull the top hose and tons of air comes out then works fine. Yes I did a vac on the cooling system to make sure all the air was out the block but it keeps doing this...
Sooo full blown headgasket or a crack in head or both or something else I'm missing?? A lil help would be nice if any one has time

Thanks Kevin

do a search for castech heads, the early lsx trucks had issues with cracked heads. i cant think of what else it would be that engine doesnt have coolant in the intake manifold.
