Besides having the direct link to GM'* service manuals, your only other option is to buy the books off of Ebay. Or you could get a subscription to Alldatadiy.com

What'* the issue anyway?

I assume you are looking for a link to a free download of a factory service manual, and to my knowledge that does not exist. Best to keep your eye on ebay for a set at a decent price.
