I dont have one. I was trying to pull codes with a jumper key. Something I learned in automotive school back in the 90'*.

You jumped the OBDII port? That school didn't train you well. Can't get codes that way. Need OBDII capable tool.
With no engine light I'd start by checking fuses.

You used to be able to get a "key" and booklet from idiotzone back in the 90'* lol. Either way that didn't work. I checked all fuses and they seem good. I'm going to try using an ohm meter to double check them. Let'* assume fuses and relays are good,what should my next step be? It'* been 15 years since I've had to trouble shoot a problem like this

I hope it'* not the timing chain,if that went more than likely I bent pushrods. It has over 200k miles

That was for OBDI which ended in 1996. After that you need the tool.

OBDI is only reading 02 sensor.

I got ahold of an OBDII handheld and the only code was O2 sensor.
MIL status off
Misfire monitor ok
fuel system mon ok
Comp. Component ok
Catalysts Mon INC
Htd catalyst ok
EVAP system mon INC
sec air system ok
ac refrig mon N/A
oxygen sens mon INC
oxygen sens htr INC
EGR system INC
thats everything.
