Did the air into the cylinder while piston at tdc Hurd air coming out of throttle body which would be intake valve I'm assuming I did listen to exhaust, oil fill neck those had no air plus checked cooling resivor no air bubbles pulled intake today and got half the exhaust manifold bolts out hopefully get rest out with out breaking them then can pull head and see what'* going on with the valve
still a bit puzzled I watched the valves move and they looked like they were opening and closing with no loose play in the rockers as long as weather cooperates I should have the head off by Friday will give update when I get it off

Yeah sounds like a valve leak. Looking forward to your findings.

Finally got the head off only broke one exhaust manifold bolt welded nut to it and out it came as for the valve #5 intake is bent about half the valve was open a good 1/6" it also hit the piston it looks like I can smooth it out with a Dremel looked at valve guide it looks nice and round will know more when I get a new valve and slide it in I'm hoping I can just lap the new valve in and put back together valve seat looks nice and clean the rest of the valves all look nice and seated does anyone know why this valve would have done this would like to fix whatever caused it to hit the piston and bend so it dont happen again and when I put the rockers back on and tork them down does each cylinder have to be at tdc or can I just tork them as they are and any suggestions on new exhaust manifold bolts that won't snap off like the original

ARP bolts.

And I think you can just tighten down the rockers. Others might correct me though.

I'm trying to guess how well-beaten it is. These engines don't bend valves easily.
